Referral programme terms

Earn money by recommending Marketplace Hunter. These terms add to our terms of use.

How you earn

• Every account has a personal referral link and code, under Refer and earn in the web app.
• When someone creates their account through your link or code, they become your referred friend. The referral must be made at sign-up; it can't be added later.
• You earn 20% of every subscription payment your referred friend makes (the amount they pay, including VAT), for as long as they stay subscribed and you keep your account.

Holding period

Each earning is held for 30 days after your friend's payment, in case it is refunded. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the earning on it is cancelled, including any amount already deducted from your balance.

Cashing out

• You can cash out once your available balance reaches £15, by PayPal or UK bank transfer. A cash-out pays your whole available balance.
• We aim to pay within 5 working days of your request. Check that your PayPal email or bank details are correct; we can't recover payments sent to details you gave us.
• Earnings are not cash until paid, have no other value, and can't be transferred.
• You're responsible for any tax due on your earnings.

Fair play

You can't refer yourself, refer through duplicate or fake accounts, or use paid ads that bid on Marketplace Hunter's name, spam or misleading claims. We may withhold or cancel earnings and close accounts involved in abuse, fraud or breaking these terms.

Changes

We may change or end the programme with 30 days' notice. Earnings already available when it ends can still be cashed out for 90 days, even if below £15.
